Un lujo
Ambiente idílico. Personal muy profesional y atento. El desayuno que nos prepararon a primera hora de la mañana para llevarnos al aeropuerto muy completo, con café! El hotel ofrece a sus huéspedes servicios extras, no dudes en preguntar qué sucede ese día! Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de poder tatuarnos con henna por la tarde y otro día poder observar cómo un artesano realizaba pulseras a medida. Queremos agradecer especialmente al personal del bar, su atención y profesionalidad, aún siendo tan jóvenes y a todo el equipo de mantenimiento que hizo lo posible para arreglar los problemas que tuvimos con la habitación. Este hotel merece la pena disfrutarlo, su piscina, sus jardines..... Definitivamente, la mejor cadena en que nos hemos alojado en la India.

Hotel digno de su categoría, un verdadero 5 estrellas, limpio de verdad, detallista y con todo en su sitio, muy buen servicio, pero un poco pesados en busca de la propina. Buena cama, buen aislamiento de las habitaciones, baño y ducha magníficos. Muy buen desayuno con variedad y servicio, probar los Huevos Royal.
Habitaciones un poco pequeñas para el precio y categoría del hotel. Ligero olor a humedad, nos cambiaron de habitación pues olía bastante en la habitación asignada.

EL SERVICIO ES LENTISIMO. EN CADA CENA SE OLVIDARON DE TRAER EL PLATO DE UNA DE LAS 4 PERSONAS QUE ERAMOS. EN EL DESAYUNO TARDARON MAS DE 45M EN TRAERME UN PLATO QUE HABIA PEDIDO QUE ERAN UNAS SIMPLES TOSTADAS Y NOS TUVIMOS QUE IR SIN PODER DESAYUNAR. HAY MUCHO PERSONAL PERO ESTAN DE UN LADO A OTRO SIN SABER COMO SERVIR LAS MESAS. HAY MUCHO RUIDO EN LOS PASILLOS. LOS CLIENTES HABLAN MUY ALTO Y CORREN POR LOS PASILLOS HASTA LAS 2 DE LA MAÑAAN Y NADIE LES LLAMA LA ATENCION. NO PUDIMOS DESCANSAR NINGUNA NOCHE.
